So, my family has been going through a lot, my partner was recently diagnosed with Cancer, and seeing as how he took care of the landscaping and the pool at our home, things have gone by the wayside. - My pool was turning green, and I had NO IDEA what to do about getting it back on track. - I called and left messages with 3 pool companies, 1 of which didn't even bother calling me back, Thanks for that Jay. And the other one required me to take out a 2nd mortgage on my house just to pay for the service. I won't mention their name, but let's just say they have a penny in their name. The third (and this is why I ALWAYS get 3 estimates) was Family Pool Care. - They were responsive, they actually picked up the phone when I called. You would think that wouldn't be something to get excited about, but go ahead and try calling pool companies for service. In any event, I was blown away at how responsive, understanding, professional and reasonable this company was. They had a tech out the same day - Eric was amazing - he knew exactly what to do and before he left for the day, my pool already looked SOOOO much better. And he was back the following two days to get it to perfection.
I can't speak highly enough of this company - I really appreciate their quick and professional response and their courteous manner and knowledge base.
If you are looking for a pool servicer or just need some help getting your pool operating at optimal performance, give these guys a call. - You WON'T be disappointed. You get Mom & Pop service but the knowledge and abilities of a Huge Chain without the huge price tag.
