Family Pool Care

We recently had our pool equipment upgraded and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team (John and Eric) installed a new variable-speed pump, cartridge filter, LED retrofit lights and salt generator, and reworked the plumbing layout to improve efficiency. The installation looks clean and professional, and the system runs much quieter than our old setup. John explained everything clearly, showed us how to use the controls, and left the equipment pad spotless. Pricing was transparent with no surprises, and the job was completed on schedule. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them for any pool equipment installation or upgrades.

We had a salt system installed along with updated plumbing and a new filter housing, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very first phone call through the completed installation, the team was absolutely excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and professional every step of the way. They took the time to answer our 100 questions without ever making us feel rushed, which we truly appreciated. John was all around wonderful to work with — responsive, patient, and extremely thorough. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. We highly recommend them to everyone we know and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

So, my family has been going through a lot, my partner was recently diagnosed with Cancer, and seeing as how he took care of the landscaping and the pool at our home, things have gone by the wayside. - My pool was turning green, and I had NO IDEA what to do about getting it back on track. - I called and left messages with 3 pool companies, 1 of which didn't even bother calling me back, Thanks for that Jay. And the other one required me to take out a 2nd mortgage on my house just to pay for the service. I won't mention their name, but let's just say they have a penny in their name. The third (and this is why I ALWAYS get 3 estimates) was Family Pool Care. - They were responsive, they actually picked up the phone when I called. You would think that wouldn't be something to get excited about, but go ahead and try calling pool companies for service. In any event, I was blown away at how responsive, understanding, professional and reasonable this company was. They had a tech out the same day - Eric was amazing - he knew exactly what to do and before he left for the day, my pool already looked SOOOO much better. And he was back the following two days to get it to perfection. I can't speak highly enough of this company - I really appreciate their quick and professional response and their courteous manner and knowledge base. If you are looking for a pool servicer or just need some help getting your pool operating at optimal performance, give these guys a call. - You WON'T be disappointed. The team at family pool care has been wonderful to work with. My filter canister was original to build and they were able to get me up and running same day and came back as soon as the parts came in for my new canister. It looks great! Now we get to continue to enjoy our pool and clean the filters less often.
