Family Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry - Brandon

I found Family Implant because I get three estimates on all my projects before selecting the vendor. I booked with another office based on availability. Turns out, that other office was so rude at the appointment time and switched price from what was quoted, I called Family Implant back. They were so kind AND made room for me immediately. On top of that, the root canal I suspected I needed the did right away! Both the assistant and Dr. Martin were actually fun to work with! I prayed during the root canal that Dr. Martin would be pleased with his work. With the last step he announced, “Perfect!” Then he showed me the X-ray how the fill went straight to the gum line. I was most grateful that EVERYONE in the office was genuinely kind. They all helped me find the root (pun intended) of my tooth problem and got me into caring, professional hands the same day. I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend making Family Implant your FIRST stop in dental care. (Someone in the lobby had that cool guitar! And my smile post procedure is funny but couldn’t be bigger with gratitude.)

These people are awesome! I came in expecting the normal vibe and typical sterile environment but found such warmth and care from everyone I encountered. My journey has been about 9 months in the making. I started with a cleaning and normal routine care on my first visit and was advised of additional needs. I had spent years avoiding the expense and the pain I expected to endure. I also just never was really convinced I needed more than normal cleaning and care. See I never had many cavities or deep rooted problems but I was born with two adult teeth that never came in. So eventually the baby teeth broke and had to be removed. I just never had them replaced and I didn’t think it was a big deal. The team spent time explaining to me what the next 20 or 30 Years would look like and how my teeth would shift and begin to create issues. Sometime finally explained to me what I was doing to myself by continuing to avoid implants. It is not a cheap fix but it is the best remedy to missing teeth. I have insurance so the cost was significantly reduced, but still an expensive journey. The team was amazing, I mean everyone! From billing and scheduling to cleaning and surgical procedures. The entire team was kind, caring, engaged and just nice. They would talk to me about everyday life, ten stories and ask about me and my life. They truly are people that were just happy to take care of me and tend to my needs. The educated me and laughed with me too. Thank you to everyone that touched me and engaged with me through this process and the procedures. You have touched me in a way that means more than I could repay. You have secured a patient for life and I very highly recommend you to all my friends and family in the area. Thank you!

I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care I received. From the moment I walked in, their attention and professionalism put me at ease. I have anxiety about dental work due to past experiences, but the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. The procedure itself was completely pain-free. I didn’t even feel the shots. They took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure I was relaxed throughout. This experience has changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care - especially if you struggle with fear or anxiety. Their compassion and expertise made all the difference.

I am so grateful I found this Office. The front Staff are always so friendly and pleasant, and the Doctor made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Beyond please with my hygienist who did such an amazing job with my cleaning and was very gentle. Thank you for being so amazing!

Went to get a consultation for all on 4 dental implants. I have been to several consultations because this is a big expense and I want to find the right dentist. Done in One looks like the best option right now. All of them were around 30,000 for top and bottom. So when I get there the staff is amazing. I’m thinking that this is the one. But then they keep me waiting for an hour when I get to the back. The dentist finally comes out and holds up models of the all on 4 and a model of a plain denture. He said that one right there is 60,000 for top and bottom. Im totally stunned. For one where did he get that number from. I mentioned insurance and don’t you go by the insurance prices? He openly admits that he al Alacarts everything to make the price higher and that’s perfectly fine. He told me he doesn’t have to go by the insurance prices. Please don’t go to this practice and allow them to take advantage of you. This man is charging people double what other providers charge and he’s dishonest. There are certain ways to bill that enable the provider to hike up the price the insurance company pays so he can do less work for more money. So instead of coding for the correct code, he goes in and puts ever little thing from a screw to a post. So what they get ends up being double the amount, charged 3000 per implant goes to 6000. You have to do your research pay attention. So I’m in Wimauma, FL which is Tampa area. So far the best deal I’ve seen is thirty thousand for top and bottom All on 4. At Done in One located in Riverview, FL, Boca Rotan and Jacksonville, FL.

I came here for a post op after having teeth pulled and implants placed from their other locations! Everyone was so friendly and nice. It’s really amazing to see how the offices were very similar in how they treat their patients and how they were able to fit me in to check up on me! Thank you !

It's a great place to get treatment. The doctors and all the staff are extremely friendly and very good at their jobs. They are very professional and go at your pace if you are afraid, as I am. They have definitely become the trusted dentists for my whole family. 🩷

I had a great experience at FICD in Brandon. The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with all the latest technology, which really makes a difference in comfort and care. My dental hygienist Allyssa was fantastic! She was thorough, gentle, and super friendly. She took the time to explain everything and made the whole visit easy and stress-free.
