The staff are courtesy and responsible. They quickly engaged with me concerning my request to install a Condensate Neutralizer. Do to schedule conflicts with someone coming the day I called. Greg said that if I texted a picture he could determine from that and send me quote. There bid was $87 less than the quote I had already received from a different contractor. Mario who came was great. Highly recommend this company.

Mario was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Ended up deciding to replace my water heater amd they were able to do it same day within a couple hours and that included the trip to Home Depot to pickup the new water heater. Mario also took the time to vacuum out all the debris in my water heater closet. Very thorough, quick and clean work!

Strongly recommend Family Home Plumbing Services. We had a semi-emergency (blocked main line) on a Saturday. Greg answered the phone right away and was able to get us service immediately. Mario came out and was able to quickly diagnosis & fix our issue. He explained the procedure and answered all our questions. Price was resonable considering it was the weekend. Family Home Plumbing is now our go-to plumbing service!

Greg is knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. Mario showed up right on time for my camera inspection as scheduled and was kind & courteous. We had an exceptional experience with Family Home Plumbing. Greg & Mario gave a detailed estimate (one of the best we've seen) on a sump pump, french drains, and battery backup for the crawlspace under our house on a hill. They sourced a great pump, were clean courteous and hard working, expertly installed, and finished early! We had a heavy rain that night and it functioned flawlessly. We do not hesitate to recommend them. 2/2024 update: We called Family Home Plumbing at 6 pm on a Saturday due to a cracked shower pipe shutting off water to the house. They were responsive, courteous, and provided a detailed estimate. Mario opened the wall, made the repair, and had our water back on by 9pm. The job was clean and well-executed (not rushed). Re: The sump pump reviewed above: Despite loosing power for two days during the recent atmospheric river the pump and battery backup worked flawlessly, as did their installation (grading, etc). Again, we highly recommend Family Home Plumbing! 1/2025 update: Once again we called Family Home Plumbing for a broken drain and they did a fantastic job with great communication and a fair price. So grateful for this local business. Consistently the best.

I just wanted to share how wonderful Family Home Plumbing is! Greg responded quickly to my request to check out some issues in my home. He was super quick to schedule a diagnostic appointment, get me an estimate and then show up to do the work. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up some of the issues we had with 3 faucets in our home. Greg was able to find the source of some leaks we were having and fixed those also. Greg and his coworker JR were incredibly nice and so easy to talk to. Greg kept me informed every step of the way. As a woman, sometimes we have to worry about being overcharged or being taken advantage but that was NOT the case at all with Greg. He was so honest and transparent about how he does business and any woman should feel more than safe with Greg as your plumber. I definitely reccomend him for all of your plumbing needs!
