I have been using this agency for the last 6 months approx. using them for 2-3 times a week and then just once a week for the last 3 months approx. The personnel who came to our home were a caring, professional group. The last 3 months was with the same person every visit once per week. She was probably the best caregiver for my wife & became a friend to our family.
I would recommend this agency without reservation.

I would have loved to give my experience with Family Home Care 5 stars, because my helper Maria did a wonderful job.
When I was told I would no longer have Maria but another care giver, I was not very happy and cancelled the service. Maria and I had a great relationship and I did not have to tell her what to do. I also felt comfortable with her helping me taking a shower, dressing me, making food for me and do light housework. I did not accept the fact that I had to do the same with a 21 years old young woman, I am 84 years old and telling this lovely young woman what to do and where everything is was more than I wanted to deal with.
My suggestion to Family Home Care is: "Don't change care givers and 4 hours a day is too long."
