Family Audiology Solutions is absolutely fantastic! I took my elderly very hard-of-hearing father to see Dr. Keith Rodgers (audiologist) and Dr. Yekinni (ENT). It was very convenient having both of them in the same place. When I called to make the appointment, I spoke with Gloria, who was able to schedule something within the same week for both doctors back-to-back. She took her time and answered all my questions. Dr. Rodgers also spoke with me for about 20 minutes before we came in person explaining the exam process and the hearing aid products that he sells. My father needed to be transported via medical transport which they also accommodated wonderfully as he arrived on a stretcher and then transferred to a wheelchair in their waiting room. Dr. Rodgers is extremely patient and has a wonderful demeanor. His exam was thorough and then he explained the results in laymen's terms. The Phonak hearing aids that he carries are fantastic. The most AMAZING part happened at the end of our appointment. My father was exhausted after meeting with both doctors and wanted to go home so he could rest. As a result we weren't able to finish the process to get his new hearing aids setup. Dr Rodgers WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND CAME TO MY FATHER'S NURSING FACILITY LATER THE SAME DAY to get the new hearing aids setup for him. We are extremely grateful as returning to office on another day via medical transport is a huge production. If I could give Dr Rodgers 6 stars on a 5 point scale I would. I highly recommend him and the entire office staff.

I'm so grateful to Family Audiology Solutions for meeting the needs of my dad when he needed an exam and new hearing aids. "Meeting the needs" is putting it lightly. They far exceeded what we had expected to happen. I highly recommend this amazing team!

DR. Rodgers explained in detail about my hearing aids and my hearing loss. VERY APPRECIATIVE. He is the fourth audiologist I have worked with on my hearing loss journey
