Familia Health Clinic and Pharmacy - Walk-In Clinic at a Low Cost

I never really take my time to write a review but as a registered nurse I am genuinely impressed by the professionalism and the pleasant attitude. From the early phone calls and the accommodation I was in and out of there and met with great staff. Please visit them for whatever needs to be done. Will be back thanks again to my new family.

I was seen at this clinic this morning and I only have good things to say. From the very first contact, everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and caring. I felt truly welcomed, with thoughtful, compassionate, and at the same time very professional care. You can really see the attention to detail and the concern for the patient. I am very grateful for all the kindness and care I received. I truly recommend it 🤍✨

Every time I visit for an appointment with the dearest and experienced Dr. Peter Choy, or to have any tests done, I feel completely at home — surrounded by harmony, warmth, and genuine care. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and family-oriented. The doctors are not only highly skilled and dedicated professionals, but they also approach their work with deep compassion and love for what they do. They treat every patient with kindness, empathy, respect, and generosity, creating a sense of trust, comfort, and holistic well-being. The clinic’s staff deserve equal praise — they are well-trained, polite, and always greet everyone with a warm, friendly smile that truly brightens your day and makes all the difference. It’s a real blessing to be cared for by Dr. Thomas, Dr. Ana, and their amazing team of professionals. Such an amazing experience. I was up with my daughter all night. She complained of an ear ache. As soon as it was day break I began my search to find a doctor to see my baby. After searching and calling all the listings I saw one final listing at the bottom of the page. I picked up the phone and called. A kind voice greeted me on the other end. I explained what was going on, and Familia Clinic not only accommodated me, they made the process smooth and efficient. The medical staff were kind and compassionate. The doctor’s s beside manor was impeccable. I was really impressed. Very low wait time and everyone worked to make a difficult situation a pleasant one. Thank you guys for all that you’ve done from the Josephs.

I recently visited the urgent care clinic, and while the staff was friendly and the facility was clean, I felt that my appointment was rushed. The doctor seemed preoccupied and hurried, which made it difficult for me to express all my concerns. I would have appreciated more time to discuss my symptoms and ask questions. Although I understand that urgent care facilities can be busy, it’s essential for patients to feel heard and respected. Overall, I hope my next visit will allow for a more thorough interaction with the medical staff.

Excellent office super friendly staff and doctors. I never have to wait, seen usually within 10mins of walking in. I don’t have insurance and their still super affordable. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking medical care.

This clinic demonstrates a significant breakdown in basic operational execution. Their website and voicemail state an 8:00 AM opening time, yet no one answers the phone, forcing patients into online scheduling. The site also clearly indicates they accept insurance. After check-in, providing all documentation, and completing the visit, the staff disclosed that they “do not take insurance for walk-ins” and only accept insurance for bloodwork. This is a misalignment between advertised information and actual practice, and it creates a poor customer experience. The process feels misleading and lacks transparency. Consider this a cautionary flag for anyone planning to use this clinic.

Pt was sent to several locations for RX and Specialist. Staff does not know most ortho specialists do RX on site . Pt did not have insurance and had to pay $180 and they call themselves a clinic for low income . Staff not trained properly to be able to await our community.

We came in because my wife could not breathe normally and had a pain in the chest. I asked if she could see the doctor immediately, but the receptionist had us scan our ID, write down the phone number, and fill out a form first, showing no sense of urgency 🚨 After my wife completed the form in about 5-10 minutes, we waited another 5-10 minutes before being told the doctor was ready to see us. The doctor suggested an EKG, which we did, but couldn't find the cause of my wife’s breathing issues. A blood pregnancy test was offered for $80, but we declined. After all, we later found out that she was not pregnant anyways. We left without a clear diagnosis or direction, and the issue we came for was not addressed. Nevertheless, another situation was with the receptionist lady with the long hair. She initially said $155 for the visit, which was incorrect. I knew they said the doc visit is $75, and the EKG would be $40. So, when I heard $155 I had to ask my wife if she did 2 tests or something. The lady couldn’t understand what we were saying and kept insisting on $155. Then, another receptionist came and said the EKG was $40 and doctor was $75 - making it $115. I just don’t understand why she was so confident about the wrong amount if she didn’t even know what procedures were done that day? 2 out of 5 stars.
