Falcon Towing & Recovery

We named him Angel Joe 😇😇😇 the most amazing tow truck driver, who was our hero and savior today. He deserves a promotion, praise, and proper recognition for going above and beyond to help total strangers today. My dad and I were stranded for over 3 hours during the heat wave, waiting for AAA tow truck to arrive. The gear shift was stuck in reverse and we couldn’t get it to move after troubleshooting as best we could. We saw a tow truck pull up nearby and thought it was ours. Joe wasn’t the company dispatched, and just happened to pull over in the lot next to where we were sitting. He still came to see what the issue was, and from the kindness of his heart, helped us tremendously. We were so impressed with his persistence, competency, intuitive understanding, and determination. He could have walked away many times but he didn’t. He went above and beyond to take care of us and helped us get back on the road. It would have been another hour before AAA tow truck could even get to us. Joe mitigated and solved our problem with generosity and kindness. Joe increased our faith in humanity in a big way and we are inspired by his work ethic, efforts to help, and his ingenuity. Joe, you are a true treasure, and I will be sending you and your loved ones blessings every day. Thank you 🙏🙏

Joe was AMAZING! He communicated clearly, loaded and unloaded perfectly, and was very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this service if you need a to truck!!

The driver was courteous and helped me to get my vehicle started. I didn’t know what was wrong and it had sat in the parking lot all night. He came sooner than expected and got everything taken care of.

Unbelievable. Waited over 3 hours and they never showed. Had to call another towing company who arrived in just 30 minutes. Pretty sure this scam outfit still collects from insurance even when you cancel, at the cost of their reputation. Total frauds.

My roadside assistance dispatched Falcon Towing. I waited 2 hours stranded in the heat for them to never show up. They didn't answer the phone (tried multiple times) and their mailbox was full, so you couldn't even leave a message. Don't accept a job if you don't plan to show up and leave someone stranded for hours! Ended up having to dispatch and wait for a entirely different towing company.

Road rage from the driver had his arm and leg hanging out of the drivers side window. Flicked me off after he almost hit the passenger side of my truck then get in front of me and slowed down in the passing lane let's do everything we can to shut down this substandard business and do everyone a favor.

Falcon was dispatched by my insurance provider for a tow. Joe shows up and was able to jump start it instead, once it was started he began demanding money from myself and my mom. At one point he was literally in the driver's side window trying to take my mom's phone. He only backed off once I got loud and threatened him. A police report was filed. I called and spoke with the owner who at first tried to justify his actions and then stated "well maybe I will fire him" which I knew was only said to get me off the phone. Beware!

They are amazing! Got to my truck right in time for the police not to impound it & brought it to me in one piece! As a pregnant single mom I couldn’t be more thankful!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Would definitely recommend!

They were called for a disabled car through my insurance. Initially said it would be 60-90 minutes…. They made me wait 3 hours and kept claiming there was a “10 car accident” and that all their trucks were busy. I checked OHGO, there was NO accident anywhere in Columbus. They kept giving me the run around and increasing the ETA time. Horrendous experience for something that’s already frustrating. Ended up cancelling.

Mohammed towed my vehicle fast on black Friday and I was very happy with my experience totally and with confidence five stars 👍👍👍👍👍
