Engineer arrived on time and completed work within the time frame. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what was going to be done . He even cleaned up after himself. I got CCTV and an alarm system fitted by Falcon Security Specialist. Highly recommended.

Recently had a home alarm system and Camera system fitted from the Falcon Security team. Fantastic service, gave me a range of options to suit my needs and budget. Everything was fitted effeciently and with great care. Kully also set up the apps on our phones and smart devices and showed me and my wife how to use it all. Highly recommended and friendly service

We have been using Falcon Security Specialists for over four years now and have no complaints whatsoever. In fact quite the opposite, we would happily recommend them. Their initial work for us was to repair the alarm system already installed in the property at the time we purchased it, with their having fitted it originally (but the previous owner didn't maintain it). They even brought with them the gentlemen (family member) who whilst now retired undertook the original installation. Subsequent to this they have then serviced the alarm annually. On every occasion we have found them to be friendly and polite, carrying out the work with the minimum of fuss, but always taking the time to explain exactly what they have done and leaving paperwork appropriate to the same.

After a harrowing car key burglary recently, I needed to ensure my home was secure and couldn't be breached so easily in future. Kully provided advice and guidance about my options and the quotation was great value. He worked with me to ensure that I was happy with what I was getting in terms of the system and the installation. Installation happened on the agreed dates and Kully was always prompt and did his work efficiently, explaining parts of the system as he went. Was having major problems with the house alarm after a power cut. Within half an hour, it was all in hand. Agreed pricing up-front (very competitive), did an extremely thorough job and was the utmost professional too. Explained exactly what had caused the issue and what he had done to fix it.
