I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO MECHANIC SHOP TO ANYONE!!! Ultimately I had a bad experience. The customer service was good but my service experience was horrible. I have a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali and needed some exhaust work done. They agreed that they could do the service. I dropped my truck off on a Thursday. After a few hours, they let me know that the wrong exhaust part was delivered and wanted me to come by the next day (Friday). Friday comes and they serviced my truck and i was happy. Sunday comes and my exhaust is back hanging. I come back on Monday and they put an extra strap on it and called it complete. I felt disrespected for the repair after our conversation and for what I paid. I spoke to the manager afterwards and he instructed me to come back the next day (Tuesday). They repair it again and send me on my way. A few days later, my exhaust is back hanging again. The manager then lets me know that their welding machine is not strong enough to attach my exhaust to my frame. He then orders me another exhaust part, gives it to me and instructs me to find another shop that has a welding machine thats strong enough to attach my parts. No information on which shop to go to, No Refund to any capacity or No Future Discounts. I am now out of over $400 and still have the same issue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO MECHANIC SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Faith Automotive that I want to share with you all: The other day, the “Check Engine” light on our ancient Honda CRV lit up and stayed on. My daughter brought it to Auto Zone for a free diagnostic test. They said the car needed a new catalytic converter. I then brought it to Faith for a second opinion, at about 3:00. The owner, Dev Sharma, confirmed the diagnosis, and surprised me by saying he could have it ready by 6:00 and gave me an estimate of $1,100. (The average cost to replace it is between $1,710 and $2,395.) I told him I had a family obligation at 6:30 and definitely would need the car at 6:00. At 5:30, Dev called to say that all of the nuts and bolts holding down the device were heavily rusted and causing a delay. But he offered to bring his personal car to my house for us to use overnight. 15 minutes later he was out in front, handing me his key, with his wife behind him in their second car. The next day, Dev reported more issues with the rust and confided in me that he was afraid they may need to “drop the engine” in order to complete the job. An effort that hadn’t been considered in the original estimate. But lo and behold, they got it done. And despite the many, many hours of additional labor, Dev held to the original $1,100 estimate. He told me I’d save on the credit card fee if I paid through Zelle but I had a hard time getting into my bank app while I was there and he said, no worries, I could complete the transaction on my own time from home. He now has a customer for life. This is the way a business is supposed to run. You gotta have Faith.

My heart is a rest and very much at peace right now! The Baltimore area truly has a hidden gem in this mechanic shop! The Owner and his entire team were super nice, very knowledgeable, experienced and the prices were "super reasonable ". My warranty company worked exceptionally well with this mechanic shop. I was informed on every step that was needed to make my vehicle perform well and my out of pocket was very much reasonable! Super impressed by the work that was serviced on my vehicle so much so, that I had ny husband's vehicle inspected and was given the upfront and honest needs that would make his vehicle indeed smile and perform better. The particular part that my vehicle needed was mistakenly delivered to the previous mechanic shop that tried to rob me in price of a down payment on a Tesla. Mr. Dev did not hesitate to take an extra step to picking up the part for my vehicle from the shop and repairing my vehicle and getting back to getting my boots on the ground! Im so blessed to have "Finally" found an excellent, well experienced, quality work and reasonable car repair shop that will allow my vehicle to operate smoothly without fear of breaking down. Also, the price wasn't changed neither was I taken advantage of because I'm a woman but, I feel like this is my vehicles new home for repairs. Thank you Mr. Dev and the Faith Auto shop for your loyal service !

I finally found a good, honest mechanic shop. Low prices and dealership-quality work. I dropped my car off in the morning, and by 6 pm, I was on the road again. Great to see my boys at Faith Auto.

SCAM ALERT Paid upfront for a repair that was never completed. The car was returned in worse condition. A refund check was issued but later returned for insufficient funds. I now have to spend more time dealing with legal filings. Very stressful experience - proceed with caution
