Majed was a great plumber who done a great job in fixing up my toilet, he also was very personable and gave me a good knowledge of the local area which I much appreciated as I have recently moved up here. Great service all round!

Majed was extremely helpful. Had him in to fit a dishwasher and he noticed a running water noise coming from the kitchen, located and fixed the leak which was outside the house. Fitted a new water heater, taps and dishwasher. Would 100% recommend. Did a great job :)

Best responsiveness I’ve had from a plumber in a long time, plus gave me a great tip about putting balsamic vinegar on my salad which I had for dinner and really enjoyed. Would recommend.

Our central heating had broken down but fortunately Majed was able to fit in a same day visit. He identified the problem straight away and sourced and fitted the new part within a couple of hours. Asked for a quote for a bathroom re-seal and boiler inspection. He gave me a quote and we booked him in. Upon arrival, he did the boiler inspection no bother. I had showed him the seals in the bathroom that were really bad, but had also reiterated that all the seals needed done (as I had said in my email to him). The email states that I needed White, Clear and Grey coloured seals for my bathroom. When he had finished and left I noticed he had only done a few of the seals, so I asked him to come back and finish the job. In this email I had also mentioned he needed grey sealant to fix this issue. When he came back the second time, I showed him all the seals he had missed, to which he claimed he had no time to do them. He only had clear seal, which was no good for me. He told me that the others didn't need done because "the bathroom is water tight already", to which I pointed out the holes in the seal on the floor, therefore the bathroom is not water tight which was the reason I had asked him to do them in the first place. He offered to put clear sealant on top of the old existing one - I refused as I feel it's common knowledge that the old sealant must be removed first. He then told me if I wanted the bathroom sealed again, I would need to take the old seal off myself first, and he would charge me more. Due to his abrupt attitude, and his refusal to carry out the job properly, I asked him to leave my house. I have written proof (attached) that I asked for the bathroom ceiling, floor and wet wall all to be resealed (not just a couple of seals, as he did), and that I had asked for three different colours of sealant. I had done what he asked of me, and sent photos of the whole bathroom that needed work. He then gave me a quote based on that... He claimed he did not see the email (ie, he didn't read it properly before sending me a quote). It is not my problem that he didn't read his email properly before quoting me. He gave me a quote for the work I had asked for, yet didn't carry out the full job.

I had two leaking radiators. I thought I would have to replace both of them. All I needed was a quick & simple fix for both. Couldn't be happier. Saved me so much hassle & stress. He also bled all my radiators for me too. Very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Fast service between my phone call & coming to the house. Highly recommend for all plumbing & boiler issues. Great local company.

Amazing and quick service! Moved into my House in May 24. There was a water leak in my house coming through the light switch then the ceiling, as you can appreciate panic sets in! I was kept informed throughout, was fixed quickly and kept calm and reassured! 100% recommend!

Great service, was onsite within 4 hours of our phone call to discuss a leak coming through our kitchen roof from the above bathroom. Repair completed within minutes. Would definitely use again in the future.
