Fade To Black Tint & Customs

These guys have done all of my trucks and cars over the years. I just had a remote start installed last week and it was right on time with the bad weather. Z even talked me into upgrading to the app on my phone. Now I can start my vehicle anywhere! Very professional and courteous! The lady at the front desk is always polite and nice as well. What wonderful service! They were so fast I was late getting back (they closed earlier than I expected), but they were so accommodating and kind anyway. Very professional staff from beginning to end. They even send text alerts to confirm the appointment and when your vehicle is ready for pickup. They are a clean, quality shop that takes pride in their work. My truck was returned to me in a clean manner, which I truly appreciate. Made a call to get a quote on having my front windows done to match the rears. The receptionist was very pleasant to deal with and after taking my vehicle information was able to provide me with a quote quickly. I also found out a 10% off sale was running in the better and best film so I quickly scheduled an installation. Dropped off today at 10AM, texted me at 1:13PM that the job was done. It looks fantastic and I’m happy with the work done.

I have been going to FTB for about five/six years now, I had four or five cars window tints done and they have been absolutely the best. Clean work and fast. Just today I picked up my truck, I had LED lighting and the front leveling kit done. I asked the owner, (I do not know his name), to do some other extra work if the truck needed it. I was prepared today to pay in full for the work that he quoted. To my surprise the extra work did not need to be done and he adjusted the invoice to remove the extra billing. I just want customers to know how trustworthy this made me feel about this business. Any other shop probably would have took my money, I would not have know any better. How legit! Fade to Black you should be proud of yourselves and I will always be a return customer. Thank you, sincerely.

I was told about how great this place is for getting quality work done. I payed a premium for just two front windows on a 2021 toyota 4runner. Really shoddy work for the price. I had many windows done and this is honestly the worst; however they were fast. Really bad placement. Really big gap (one window) that should not be there... for a professional.. Instead of educating that the windows are special and the tint will be affected, they install it anyways without any consultation Reschedule an appointment for a "fix" and I made sure i can make it on time. They supposed of called me and left a message they can't do it that day. I never got the call/message and still drove all the way. Not worth my time to go a third time for a fix, unless it for a refund and removal of this tint Edit: 1 month past since initial review, noticed some spin to the story. I NEVER was told prior to window installation of the special window glass nor DURING my appointment time. I noticed the color change when I first got in, and figured it was how it looks freshly applied. I called few days later that it looks way off and after I did research I found out it has some special glass. I scheduled an appointment to fix this issue with a good 4-5 days advance. I showed up to the appointment time and they had a sound system install and could not fix it. That they tried to reach me, I never got the phone call or voice mail. The number was correct on the contract. I left work earlier and made time for them and this is the response I get. I never rolled the window down plus the car was stored in a heated garage. Call me when you want to actually resolve this. You know you have my number.
