I went through Factory Direct for my kitchen remodel this summer. Amazing new floor I must say! The product and people were superb all around, but one individual in particular went above and beyond. From helping my wife and I pick the perfect tile for our new kitchen to delivering everything directly to our project, Dallas Lake thank you so much! I tried to help this guy unload our delivery, but he was so quick I barely had my shoes on by the time everything was piled up nicely outside the kitchen door!
