Fabulous Nails & Spa

I have never been disappointed with this salon. I started getting acrylics done here over the summer and they have been gorgeous (and exceedingly durable!) every time. Vinh and May take so much pride in their work and are gentle, quick, and detailed! One time, when I was getting my nails done based off of an inspiration photo, Vinh suggested adding a bit of a silver accent to make the design pop more. It made all the difference. I was grateful to be in such capable hands! I always get compliments on my nails after getting them done here, and I’m always excited to tell people where I got them done.

Where do I begin 😎? I was greeted by “Big Papa” , and boy was he charming . He did my sister nails very quick and beautifully! He made sure me and my sister sat next to each other while we had our toes touched. We had Vincent and my sweet baby Miss Ivy. I fell asleep yall. Miss Ivy cracked every single one of my toe knuckles. And Vincent did awesome on my sissy toes. We’re coming back. We have too. Thank you guys for the great service.

First time customer and I will be back! It was such an amazing experience. Incredible pedicure, and then GelX manicure with cateye design!! It was so fun and everyone was so nice. Vincent did such an amazing job on my nails, and the receptionist Dan was awesome and so helpful!!

This is my first time getting a full set here and Emily was amazing! It didn’t take that long at all to get my service started, I was seated immediately and Emily got right to work. I received exactly what I asked for. The environment is very friendly, relaxing, and accommodating. Everyone here is actually really good! I love my nails and def will be coming back. Prices are great as well!

Linda is amazing!! She is absolute the best creative and always gives me exactly what I want with my nail designs. If you’re looking for a elaborate, long, great nails or short nails this is the place!

Ana is the best nail tech I've ever had. I have really fragile, brittle nails due to a skin condition, and she listened to my concerns and did her best to help figure out what treatment would be best to help my natural nails heal and grow. We went with gel x and they last me 4 weeks easily and my natural nails have grown and are in much better shape than they've been in years. Not to mention she does a great job at designs and just provides great service in general.

Customer service here is phenomenal, every tech is kind and personable. I see vinh every month to get my nails done and we have become best friends. He has done an outstanding job on my nails for 2 years. My nails are always perfect, the salon is clean and kept up with…i will be staying at this salon as long as i live in Birmingham!

I usually reserve reviews until after I'm gone, but there's just so many things about this place that underwhelmed me, I figured I'd take the time to write them down since I wasn't allowed to enjoy the massage chair and escorted to dry my nails under the lamps. First, the place is dirty. The floors, alone, were majorly unclean, had hair all over and built up grime. Their rating is a 90, but I've been to nail salons with the same rating that were infinitely cleaner. Secondly, the woman who greeted me (seemed like the wife's owner, maybe?) offered me water. Not only did she never bring it, but she didn't mention they had wine, sodas, etc., as well. As a first timer, if you don't put on the dog cause you don't know if I'll be back, that ensures I won't be. They brought me the nail color samples and I picked one out. Thought that was fine. Turns out, they didn't write it down and by the end, they asked me to pick out my color again but brought different samples- none of which were the one I originally chose- so I had to settle for a color close to it but not nearly as pretty. I got the tangerine aroma pedicure and the nail tech spent so much time on cuticle and trimming around them with one of those electric sander things that she skimped everywhere else (which, incidentally, you're not supposed to use on bare nails- only acrylics/gels, because they kill the nail which is why I came to this location in the first place). The last place I went to used one on my fingernails and they've been dead and growing back for 7 mos. Now, I'm sure my toenails will die as well because this place doesn't practice medically sound procedures on their nails, either. In any case, the nail tech barely scrubbed my feet of callouses and then didn't even use the tangerine on my right leg, just the left. Maybe she forgot? She barely massaged at all until the very last step with the lotion. When she did, it felt nice but it was such a minute portion of the pedicure, it left a lot to be desired. The biggest indicator for me that a place is worth coming back to is if they allow me to stay in the massage chair while my toes dry, and as soon as the nail tech slapped the last toe's top coat on, she was shuffling me out the chair. Nope. Not enough customers there to warrant me moving, but that's the primary reason I won't be back- among others mentioned. I did give them 2 stars because her paint job definitely wasn't the worst I've ever received. But otherwise, it just doesn't hold a candle to other locations.

I absolutely love this place!!! Su has been doing my nails since I moved to Alabama and I drive here faithfully every 2 weeks from Huntsville. You must make an appointment if you want to sit in Su’s chair and it’s not easy to get in. But when you do… you can thank me later! Tell Su, DivaCoach sent you!

Linda is super sweet and so talented she always delivers
