Communication and transparency is all anyone ever needs to have a successful company. Unfortunately, Fabuloso Cleaning Services did not provide that.
I contacted Fabuloso Cleaning Services to arrange a deep cleaning and initially communicated by email. The person said we should switch to text for better communication and to set up a consultation. Earlier in the month, on a Wednesday, I was told they would check the schedule and confirm whether a Friday at 1 PM consultation was available. I did not receive a response until 12:49 PM on Friday, 11 minutes before the proposed time, asking if 1 PM still worked. I was told they reached out the day before to confirm, and that I must not have received their message. I proceeded with the consultation on another day and scheduled the service.
The night before the appointment, I was informed there might be a cancellation due to a snowstorm and that I would receive confirmation in the morning. I sent a message at 6:26 AM and did not receive a response. I returned home before the scheduled time and waited outside so I would not miss their arrival. I then called the office a little after 8:00 AM since I hadn’t heard from my text earlier, and received no answer.
I then received a message at 10:12am, and how I “must not have received” their message. 2hours and 12 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. The individual I had been communicating with appears to be the primary contact for both email, text, and the company phone. We have multiple ways of communicating. There should be no issue.
Overall, the lack of timely updates, confirmation, and follow-through made scheduling the service unreliable. Would not recommend at all.
