We had a very good experience purchasing a Faber chimney and hob from Franke Faber Store. Ramu assisted us throughout the process and helped us choose the best model from a wide range of options. BEWARE! Be cautious of fake reviews here. PATHETIC service. Mouthshut reviews are correct about service. Within 9-Months of purchase, the Hob (Rs. 30000) glass shattered to pieces. Raised ticket - no action no update nothing from Faber service even after escalation, mails, whatsapp, calls.

In the Faber showroom,Banaswadi brought Hob, hood, geyser, etc. The sales representatives were professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explained all options, answered every question, and ensured a smooth experience. Mr.Ramu coordinated well and ensured about the installation. Satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

They have good collection and models, but this RR nagar Faber Platinum service is very poor and bad. Firstly after payment they gave me one hand written receipt of payment telling that bill will come with product. They did not give me bill with product and after following up for multiple times owner failed to responce. Service person who came for installation demanded extra money for installation. I don't recommend Faber showroom at channasandra.

This is our 1st Faber Cooking stove as promised by the Store delivery was done ontime and Instalation was also done ontime. Ramu was very helpful during the Process.

I’ve been using the Hob Inspiria model for some time now, and I’m really impressed. The design looks very stylish in my kitchen and it’s super easy to clean — no scratches even after regular cooking. The burners heat up fast, making cooking quicker and smoother. Overall, a perfect mix of looks and performance. Totally worth it! 👌🔥

Got a hob, chimney, OTG and 2 wash sinks and Ram was a great man to deal with. Even his boss was good to spend time during our conversation and got all of these at a good deal.
