Desmond and his wife are solid folks… done to much to list for us.. but one notable thing is he rebuilt our aode transmission in our 95 mustang gt and it shifts crisp every time…. Been rippin it for over 10k miles and its still consistent as ever..

To start, the receptionist Crystal is so welcoming and makes you feel understood, not dismissed, when you're explaining vehicle issues and gets you in as soon as possible. Desmond and his crew always go above and beyond to help with all your needs. All questions are answered to the best of their knowledge and in a timely manner. I've been going to this shop for two years now from a recommendation. Locally owned and family oriented. Now, I won't use anyone else. I go to them for simple maintenance as well (oil changes, etc.). I highly recommend this shop for any problems you have, whether big or small. They fix them all!

Desmond and Crystal are awesome! My usual place couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks, and the next place I called was busy for at least a week. When I called EZT, they got me in on the same day! It was late in the day when they got it, so it would have been done the second day except they had to order parts from Anchorage. My car was dumping coolant, and needed a new thermostat, seal, tensioner, and more. Desmond was extremely thorough in checking it was fully fixed at the end, and was great about communicating every step along the way. He even showed us the parts he replaced at the end. They went above and beyond in so many ways! They might just be our new regular place! Side note: since they specialize in transmissions, a lot of people overlook them for other issues. That's why they were able to get us in so quickly! Don't overlook them! Even their competitors recommended them for our urgent need!

Amazing service all around from EZT Auto. 100% recommend and would gladly go again. Desmond was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within days whereas other shops didn't have any openings until 2 weeks later. Excellent pricing and very communicative. I had front end noise. i figured it was the front differential and they confirmed the noise was coming from the front differential. I wanted them to rebuild it. They advised the cheapest fastest way to get my truck going was to install a used differential from a salvage. They also suggested to get a two year warranty through the salvage for something. This was an additional cost. They put in this salvage differential and the front end made the same noise. They said the salvage differential must be bad also. They would use the warranty to put another differential in but it would cost me an additional $600 because the warranty didn't cover the entire labor cost. I ended up taking my original differential to a shop. I reinstalled this front differential and my truck is fixed. They said because I removed the old differential and installed a new one, they couldn't do anything about this broken differential. So i'm out the 3 grand and 3 months that they had it.

Good prices, fast turn-around! Desmond is an awesome mechanic! His "ball park" estimates are close to what your total bill is going to be. If any other issues are found while repairing, he'll let you know of the deficiency and let you decide. Crystal does a great job of scheduling running the front office. While other shops are 2-3 week lead time, EZT is 1-2 weeks (sometimes a couple days).

Can’t say enough great things about this repair shop. I recently had the transmission in my pickup go out and they were able to diagnose and get a new one put in for me in a timely manner. The owner is extremely personal and goes above and beyond when it comes to communication. He was happy to answer any questions I had and was able to explain everything he was doing in a way the was easy to understand. Overall, I had a great experience doing business with them.

ezt auto did an amaizing job with my transmission on my dodge ram. Communication thru the process was outstanding. he would call when part were ordered, when parts arrived, when he was doing test driving also call me when finding other issues that he could fix... He was upfront with pricing and gave me different options for the repair and always transparent with the part cost and whole process. time frame given was on point. i would recommend this shop 100%. and always respecful on the calls...
