On 30 September 2025, we received the attached email from Ezcorp. Honestly, we had a really bad experience with Ezcorp’s virtual office service. When our contract expired, they returned all of our government mail without giving us any advance notice or reminder to renew, even the mails received are still under the 30 days term. This caused a lot of unnecessary trouble for us. A simple reminder would have made a huge difference, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. If you’re thinking of using their service, I’d suggest looking at other providers that handle mail more responsibly.

Worst. Business. Ever. If not for it's cheap service I wouldn't even bother. Email doesn't indicate instructions to collect. Need to make appointment to collect which doesn't make sense also. Go there, see a dark empty office. Notice on door says do not leave parcels. Went up and down looking for the place. Email also slow response. Finally found the place and the number to call is so small pasted on the doorbell instead of the actual glass door. Am canceling my subscription.

As a loyal customer since 2019, I’m grateful that they have been helping me with all the mails received and inform me on collection. I operate as a one man service business. Paying less than $5 one month for virtual office address now in Singapore and prompt email to collect mails which I really appreciate very much. If you are small business like me, what is more important than saving business costs to the max. Hope they can continue to operate cos I don’t want to pay more. God bless them!

I'm writing this after seeing some reviews here. I just want them to survive so that people like me can continue to use them. I started own small business in 2019 and every dollar matters at that time. My friend told me about EZCORP that was the cheapest then (think still the cheapest) and it is no brainer to use them as it only costs $4 plus each month (hahaha … cheaper than one normal bubble tea). EZCORP is really for small business people who just want to save money. 2019 till now, no price increase. But if you are looking for premium service with prompt and fast reply or a line to call, then they are not for you. They are not the premium. Go for many others in the market. For me, I only want to save money so I do not mind. I receive email, I make booking, I collect mails. (Note - advance booking needed for mail collection and the staff there is helpful if you are nice and courtesy to her). For now, I will continue to use until I can afford to rent my own office.

They provide the most hassle free mail collection which I strongly recommend. Transparent and affordable pricing. Good for small businesses.

Quite bad experience . Understand this is virtual office need to made appt , but how could the appt full? Just take the letter and walk away...will this take you 15mins? And this is not covid time , don't really know why need to set the max ppl take letter ?? And I have all the WhatsApp, email, call history as proof . Connect with me if you want to see all the proof

Don’t ever use this company. They don’t have anyone to pick up any phone. Don’t have any responsibilities towards your letters and worst of all, when you need to collect letters you are required to make appointment (sometimes full) and they only give you 15 minutes intervals. When you arrived early or late they won’t bother and asked you to come back again. Worst amongst although thru said can provide variety of services but nobody at the address and phone calls went unanswered and they don’t bother to response to you unless to ask you to pay up. I would have give negative ratings to the bottom of the system would allow me to give anything less that 1 star

Professional & friendly. Never had a problem with them. Been a client for over 4 years now. Always ready to help me with my mails. They have been absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend EzCorp every time.

If you are looking for a virtual office, there are indeed many cheaper alternatives. Blacklist EZcorp. This company has a bad reputation of spamming users.
