On 30 September 2025, we received the attached email from Ezcorp.
Honestly, we had a really bad experience with Ezcorp’s virtual office service. When our contract expired, they returned all of our government mail without giving us any advance notice or reminder to renew, even the mails received are still under the 30 days term. This caused a lot of unnecessary trouble for us.
A simple reminder would have made a huge difference, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. If you’re thinking of using their service, I’d suggest looking at other providers that handle mail more responsibly.

Worst. Business. Ever. If not for it's cheap service I wouldn't even bother. Email doesn't indicate instructions to collect. Need to make appointment to collect which doesn't make sense also. Go there, see a dark empty office. Notice on door says do not leave parcels. Went up and down looking for the place. Email also slow response. Finally found the place and the number to call is so small pasted on the doorbell instead of the actual glass door. Am canceling my subscription.
