EZ tech Paintless Dent Removal & Collision Of Glen Ellyn

My relatively new car was rear-ended on the highway, causing significant damage, but the work of the EZ Tech team got it back to good as new! The great experience began when I first called around to body shops as part of the insurance claim process - some wouldn't answer, some expressed hesitancy about working with an electric car (Mach-E) - but EZ Tech was responsive and very willing to assist. They helped me arrange a tow of my vehicle and a rental car from the Enterprise down the street. They ensured me that all OEM parts would be used and that they would deal with any insurance issues that would arise. They were extremely communicative during the process, providing daily updates via text. They even fixed a few small dents and scrapes that had accumulated separate from the accident. Hats off to Andre, Steve, Karra and the rest of the team for turning an accident into a positive experience. It is good to know that there are still businesses that prioritize customer service and take pride in their work!

Ok, these guys are seriously amazing. Adam at the front was friendly and so helpful! I was driving for work, Minneapolis to Chicago when the window on my Lexus literally fell down into the doorframe - at 80 miles an hour. I was shaken up, away from home, and in a Chicago winter. These guys saw me immediately, worked magic, and put the window back on the roller - they sent me on my way with a hot coffee and no bill. My experience with EZ tech in the beginning was great! I had an issue with my vehicle and both Karra and Steve were great in assisting me with my estimate however, when I called in again recently they said she no longer works there and Andrei was not even close to being helpful. Someone who owns the company should really be more courteous and attentive towards the customers needs. I miss Karra 😞

EZ Tech in Glen Ellyn was absolutely amazing and super easy to work with! Truck got hit, insurance wanted me to take it to one of their places, but doing my own research I found them. Got the truck in quick and the repairs were done within a week. They sent me messages daily and called with updates. Probably would have been done sooner, but a tail light got sent twice to them that they sent back because it was glued together wrong. Now that’s the attention to detail I love! Oh and the truck looks like new!

After a minor accident, I brought my BMW to EZ Tech for repairs and paint work. The results were beyond impressive - the paint matches perfectly, and the car looks like nothing ever happened. On top of that, the guys arranged for a full detailing after the work was done. When I got my car back, it looked better than it did the day I picked it up brand new from the dealership :))) What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about both my car and my satisfaction, going well beyond what most shops would do. EZ Tech is a rare find, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
