We needed a garbage enclosure quickly and Nisim took care of business. All of his workers are also very respectful, and he is always interested in making sure that we are happy with the work that was done and he did not disappear after the job was completed, which is also a great sign when dealing with vendors. We are continuing to do other projects and I highly recommend him and his workforce

Ez genesis builderz does great work. Nisim was fantastic to work with and the gate they made for me is perfect. My job was small compared to the big jobs they usually do, and they treated it as important as the rest. I received quotes from many different places, and they were by far the most reasonable. The quality is top-notch, and they were patient with me as the scope of my job continued to change. I will be going back to them for more work and would highly recommend them if you are looking for ironwork.

Nisim and his team were very efficient and quick from the moment I reached out to him, to installation. He was kindly able to accommodate my request for a speedy delivery of a redwood and metal swing gate. The entire process took less than 2 weeks. This was my first time using EZ Gates and Fences. Nisim helped install security gates and fences at our property. He is very punctual, friendly, and available if you have any questions during the process. He and his crew did a great job. I highly recommend you call him first before calling anyone else.

Nisim and the crew at EZ Gates & Fences were awesome! They just installed a beautiful entry gate at our place in Tarzana, and we couldn’t be happier. The whole process was super smooth, and the gate looks amazing—really adds to the look of our home and makes us feel safer. He was great to work with, really knew his stuff. Definitely recommend them if you need a new gate!

We hired Nisim to build a wall and fence around our front yard. After completing the wall portion, he informed us that we had made a mistake in the measurements and that he needed more money than originally agreed upon—stating that he could not complete the project otherwise. However, as the contractor, it was his responsibility to take accurate measurements. He was off by 20 feet. When we were concerned about whether he would complete the project and had already paid for 70% of the project, we told him we would only pay the next installment once the materials for the fence were on our property and work had started. In response, he threatened to stop work and claimed his legal team would contact us. We offered to negotiate in person, but he refused. Instead, he demanded an additional $7,000 and threatened to place a lien on our house if we didn’t comply. We responded with a letter from our lawyer offering an extra $4,000 in installments, which he rejected. Eventually, we settled on $4,500 extra to avoid further delays. Throughout the process, he acted unprofessionally and immaturely—threatening legal action, making baseless accusations of racism to deflect from his own mistakes, and displaying an overall lack of accountability. This was all happening while we were caring for our two-month-old son, making the ordeal even more stressful. The only positive is that the workers that he subcontracts with are competent and they did a good job. However, Nisim failed to install the mechanical door lock for the pedestrian gate as promised. Worse, the way he installed the deadbolt prevents us from adding the lock ourselves, despite knowing that was our intention. He also claimed he would send someone to fix cracks in the wall and chipping paint and this was not done. I do not recommend working with Nisim. His unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, and unwillingness to take responsibility make him a poor choice. It’s worth paying a little more for a reputable company rather than dealing with the frustration and unnecessary stress that comes from working with him.
