EZ DENTAL - Fort Myers

One of the best cleaning and checkups experiences I have ever had. Office staff had some trouble with my insurance and they worked it out. Due to a move, I changed dentists and happy to have found EZ Dental a mile from where I live now.

I'm in total, Awe. First & and foremost, I'd give Dr. Orzcoi & Ari, her assistant, 20 stars for state of the art service. Outstanding! From an emergency check-in on Saturday afternoon as an online emergency, i never expected a text reply....but there it was a reply in 30 min with a note that read can you be here Monday morning at 7:30 will see you before we open at 8. .Wow, now that's the at its BEST!!! I was there and back at 12:30 to fix a crack in a molar and where the gold crown fell off. Home in 2 hrs with temporary cap fixed chip and back in 2 weeks for permanent cap. As you know, I'm all about local small buisness in my community. I actually fired my last dental company, who wanted to pull my perfect molar and put an inplant in for only 6k, omg!! maybe more... never even suggested that it could be a repair of your perfect molar....no right into inplant or bridge. I'm very anal about my teeth, that's why they are perfect at age 72 in October.. I know they are healthy, so I got 2 more opinions, and both agreed simple fix 1.700.00. Well, I never felt more upset, so I called, and it was not pretty. I simply fired Dental Care on Corkscrew just because of the unbelievably rude call i received from the manager she was wrong on many levels. Not professional at all. I wanted to give a shout out to Aal:yah at the front desk whom I can guarantee came in just for me early your a gem and I truly appreciate your excellence in guest service. Also, shout out to Linne Finaciaial advisor for working with me on 2 payments. Another gem plus the bid was fantastic. I saved 4 300.00 and finally found a new dentist Also, a huge thank you for EZ Dental for coming to my community with your state of the art dental office and impressive staff. I've never seen a dentist, so in tune with my questions I mentioned when I coughed, I thought it smelled like a cavity coming from my lungs.. As she was drilling a chip, hit my throat, and I wanted it sucked out. Now I saw 3 Drs in 3 days & not one, not my primary Dr nor all 3 specialists I saw in 3 days found what was found in a second by tDr Orzcoi. My tonsils were completely red, and swollen she looked at my tonsils and said, "You have tonsil stones she proceeded to pull some out of my tongue.. I never heard of such a thing, but I have it. I will see my ENT. I was told salt water gargles would help tremendously no Alcohoi moutwashes like the Listerine I use faithfully. All I can say is that Dr. Orozcoi and soon to be Dr. Ari are Masters at their craft, with the perfect chair side manner. I couldn't highly recommend this Establishment any more than my heartfelt gratitude to this team of professionals you made my day for sure. I hope my review convinces more locals to switch to your service as I can honestly say this is by far the best review I've ever given and best dentist I've seen in 7 yrs since my Dr retired. . The building is spotless and very beautiful staged. Clean, great music, and so relaxing. I wasn't a number. I was a person with a name...that's priceless service you are the epitome of excellence! I would like to thank Dr Orozco her Assistant Ady and patient coordinator Linni for the wonderful care, kindness, professionalism and incompatible dental work they performed on my Uncle Luis Gonzalo. They are what you call finding a Diamond in the rough!!!! My uncle was going through a great amount of pain, but other dental establishments were unable to find the problem and still charged him an undeserved amount of money!! Dr Orozco and her “Dream Team” took the time to listen to him and with all sincerity, cared about his problem. They had to perform difficult extractions that would have normally caused a patient great discomfort, but my Uncle said he didn’t feel anything and before he realized it Dr Orozco was done…. Unfortunately due to prior encounters with other Dental Offices, my Uncle had lost trust with the dental profession. Once he met and was treated by Dr Orozco her unbelievable assistant Ady who is also amazing, they have restored his, trust…. So in conclusion if you need dental work and have had a bad experience, look no more, call EZ Care Dental, Talk to Linni and have the pleasure of restoring your faith in Dentists and receive honest compassion and excellent dental care. I went in with a broken tooth and a gum infection, and they were an amazing help from start to finish. They removed the broken tooth quickly and helped get the infection and pain under control. They even followed up with phone calls afterward to make sure I was healing well and not in any more pain. I highly recommend them — they truly care, and I’m confident they’re going to help get my teeth back in great shape.

The whole staff is very caring, gentle with treatments and also showing concerns. Made me very comfortable with recovering from a injury. Already let people know that it is a good place in my opinion. After a really bad experience with a different dentist I already booked my appointment for next year.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office, starting with the politeness of the front desk and entire team. I brought my son for a recomended extraction and I was so impressed with their care that I returned again for myself ( dental coward btw) Dr. Orozco is not only incredibly skilled but also patient, gentle, and thorough. Adi is also amazing . They took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about my comfort. I never felt rushed, and the entire experience was smooth and painless — something I never thought I’d say about a dental visit! The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment that made me feel like I was in good hands. I’ve finally found a dentist I trust, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family. If you're nervous about the dentist or just looking for top-notch care at a reasonable price, this is the place to go !!

Wow, what an experience. I have not been to the dentist in 32 years mostly because I was absolutely terrified. I had quite a few things done. I was in the chair for two hours, but the dentist and everyone else in the office was absolutely amazing. They made sure I had no pain throughout and made it a very smooth And efficient visit. I’m so thankful I found this place because I’ve looked up many dental places with really bad reviews. That sure didn’t help my fear. But this place is great. I would recommend anyone to come here. They set me up with a payment plan and a plan for my future dental work. I have no fear and I’m so happy I found this place!!

EZ Dental was the most caring dental team I have ever had. I give them a 5 star rating. Very professional, explaining step by step what the are doing and how they will do it. I absolutely recommend them.

Love these guys ! They have a machine that mills the crown in one day ! So same day dentistry in Fort Myers has arrived !!!

I ended up breaking a tooth and they quickly fit me in their schedule. They provided great service, made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.
