Mayra and Ed were awesome. Mayra asked great questions ahead of time to be prepared for the fix and was so sweet on the phone. Ed showed up, was polite and efficient. Fixed the problem right away and cleaned up everything. Would absolutely use them again and refer them to anyone. They were top notch!

Ezekiel was such a pleasure to do business with! Our washer quit on Saturday evening the day before we were doing our early dinner Thanksgiving this year. The next morning, I left a message for Ezekiel and he called back right at 9 o’clock. He was happy to come out. He arrived about 11 which was before our dinner as I had asked. He was able to fix it the same day and he was lovely and pleasant and professional! Highly recommend

Thanks to Zach and Ed, our dryer vent is now clear and the dryer should now function correctly. Both technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. Also, Mayra in the office was so nice and kept me updated on expected arrival time. I will definitely use EZ Appliance Repair for any future issues… they are 5 star!

The customer service was great both with the office staff that I spoke to (Myra) and with the repairmen (Zach). Both took time to ensure I knew what next steps were and what the outcome or expectation should be.

Mayra is amazing at EZ appliance Repair. The communication was excellent. I knew exactly what the process was at all times. Ed the technician was kind and knowledgeable. They had to order a part but will be back within 48 hours to finish the job. I have know doubt I will be sending a second 5 star review. I am so grateful.

I don’t usually leave reviews but what an amazing company this is! Some places give you a discount for a 5 star review which completely messes up the honest review practice. This company didn’t even mention reviews during their service. There is a reasonable initial fee for them to come out and diagnose the problem. Then they give you a repair quote that includes parts and labor. If you move forward with the repairs, that initial fee comes off the repair total. Our technician gave us a very reasonable quote that included for two parts needed for the repair. He came back the day after the part came in (less than a week after initial visit), spent 1.5 hrs repairing our dishwasher and even gave advice about an easy solution to fix an unrelated problem we were having. At the end of the service he told me he didn’t end up needing one of the parts and the total was about $100 less than I expected. Our dishwasher runs perfectly now. Save yourself money and the headache of dishonest companies and use EZ appliance repair.

I love this appliance repair shop!!! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable! Our Speed Queen is under warranty and they handled everything form beginning to end.

Tech with EZ showed up on time today here in Bowie Tx. ED fixed our ICE maker and the dryer. He was only at my house for and hour. He's fast and knows what he's doing. Great service! I highly recommend these guys. Best service around for sure. Thank you Ed and EZ Appliance!
