[2025] Came back after 3 years they have renovated and definitely more frames choices, equipments, more roomy. With the sofa at the center can wait for friends and families more comfortably! [2022] Always my number 1 choice when I look for new pairs of specs. Many choices of designs and very good quality of frames that you cannot find at other place. They may be not the one having the cheapest price in town, but they are definitely the one to give the best and honest professional advice for your health and appearance. In long run, you are getting the best value and definitely worth every penny you spent.

The sales approach felt too high-pressure and made the experience uncomfortable. I didn’t feel like I had enough space to browse, think things over, and make my own decision at my own pace. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience.

Very good service. Although my request was just to replace the silicone on my spectacle nose pads, they patiently adjusted the alignment for me as well.

First of all, this is my first time stepping into Eye Room without recommendation or research. Pass-by the shop saw lots of trendy frames. I already knew the frame style that I want hence I walked in to give it a try. Annie lady, who’s very friendly & a little bit look like my mom 🤭 approach me, talk to me and show me the frames that suit me, how generous. What excites me is the frame here not only selling in one piece and one design. They have plenty of choices! One design with lots of colour for you to pick! Love it! 😍 She’s good in giving suggestions and know what you’re looking for 🤓 I was wearing Zeiss Vision Care lens, they have it here too! It gives you better vision.
