Extreme Crane

So I've used this company many times in the past for tree removal. I called Chris burke as I have always done in the past and left a message. It's always been hard to get in touch with this company and I always chucked it up as they are busy. However this time no call back or anything. Don't get me wrong the pricing is fair and the operators are great, however the customer service.... not so much. We ended up contracting another company and they will be getting our business from now on. Hopefully you guys get your customer service straightened out.

Not sure about the actual company but their workers or at least the one I came across is a disrespectful punk. Walked past a crane and crew in a hurry packing itself up before a storm hit Washington DC on 9 September 2023. While passing the James Forrestal Building on the corner of Independence Ave and L’Enfant Plaza, I had a worker approach me and yell swear words, insults and even challenged me to a fight because I walked to close to the moving crane while on the sidewalk. Not only was this dude an unprofessional clown, but he makes all construction workers look bad. Instead of being an idiot, mark your construction site better and actually guide/control the traffic in the area.

Great company to work with. They are knowledgeable about what they do and have no problems answering any questions that you have.

These guys are great the guys help unchain and the ground guide will get you in no problem
