Trey Tyler / Exterior Solutions solved a years-long, significant drainage problem for our condominium development that was impacting 8 condos at the bottom of a slope, The project was extensive, involving over 100 feet of trenching, rigid french drain piping, specific types of gravel and screen cloth, a buried cistern and float activated electric pump feeding captured water into an existing city storm sewer. Our association had attempted various solutions over the years but Exterior Solutions was finally able to resolve it. They're licensed, bonded and insured. Trey worked well with our board, set realistic expectations and pricing, communicated well throughout the project with both the board and residents.
