My name is Tiffany Brown & I am the owner of Exquisite Mobile Notary & Loan Signing. I am a commissioned NNA certified mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent for the states of Tennessee & Mississippi. I service the Shelby, Tipton & Fayette counties in TN & Desoto and Marshall counties in Mississippi. I offer a plethora of real estate transactions such as loan closings (Refi's, Buyer/Seller, VA, Loan Mods, etc.) I can also perform general notary work such as Power of Attorneys', Living Will & Trust, Divorce Decrees and more. I take pride in being punctual, attentive to detail & providing excellent customer service. My hours of operation are (Mon-Sun 8am-8pm) to best accommodate last minute or late night notarizations.
