Very bad experience at this photo studio. We ordered a frame which was a gift for someone, he promised to deliver it the next day but it didn't happen likewise and neither he informed about the same, and even on the day on which we had to gift that ,ie the third day after giving the order, it wasn't ready!! We had to cancel the gift on the very last moment because of the unprofessional behaviour of this person! Pathetic customer service!!

Very unprofessional approach during work. Vendor didn’t deliever on first day nor bothered to inform. Made some design changes without even discussing. He even missed few critical picture during album for which I had to travel to Narayana industrial area to get the corrections done...bad experience in overall
