Needed my car towed from the I17. It was hot in the middle of rush hour so I left the car and they were able to help. I was patient and got my car home! Would use again!

My car was damaged during the towing process. I was told that the damage would be unavoidable, but the person who towed my car was hostile and unprofessional. At one point, he even threatened not to tow my car because I had spoken to his supervisor about the damage and his behavior. I've tried contacting the owner of the company to arrange for repairs, but he has since ghosted me. I'm now in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB to get my car repaired. I would avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and money. It's funny, as soon as I give you a bad review I get a prompt response. And yes while you did not charge me for the tow. I got a quote of 450 for the damages caused by your tow, while the towing would have cost me 110 dollars, so I'm out 340 dollars because of the "service" you provided. The front of car is now scuffed up and If you're sure that you didn't cause damage to my vehicle, please post the before and after pictures your employee took before the towing and after the towing.
