As you can imagine, weddings are high-stress and time-poor affairs, and after spending far too long researching car hire options in London, I was honestly dreading the process. Most companies were purely online, offered no guarantee of the actual model you’d receive, and were loaded with hidden extras. Their reviews didn’t fill me with confidence either. Express Rent a Car were a completely different experience. Yes, on the surface they appeared slightly more expensive — but they were absolutely worth every penny. Their no-fuss attitude, complete transparency (especially around insurance limitations), and lack of hidden charges made the entire process effortless and seamless. Communication was clear, professional, and refreshingly straightforward. They even offered delivery and collection, which honestly saved my life during such a hectic week. The vehicle itself was state-of-the-art, luxurious, and perfect for what we needed. Everything worked exactly as promised, and there were zero last-minute surprises. In contrast to our previous experience with a dirty, malodorous vehicle from the other company, the Mini Cooper Countryman from Express Rent A Car was impeccably maintained, clean, and virtually spotless. The vehicle's large display screen and premium sound system significantly enhanced our driving experience. Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service your group provided with the Mercedes Van rental. All communication was easy and rapid. The Van was in good condition, wonderful to drive and was most comfortable for our family. I enjoyed meeting Georgianna prior to the rental. Drop off yesterday was easy because of her instruction.

We booked the Vito van for two weeks, with three couples from Australia travelling throughout the south of UK. For an extra 100 pounds we had the van delivered to our hotel and collected from LHR Terminal 5 which was well worth it and was a smooth and easy process. The van was near new, and although a cheaper model than we were hoping, it comfortably fitted 6 adults and our baggage. T\Whilst the van ran well, with a smaller motor it felt underpowered at times, however the benefit being that it was very good on diesel. Although I always had to initiate communications, when contacted, the company responded quickly and efficiently. Having paid a substantial sum of money over the internet, it would have been nice to get some communications leading up to the rental period, confirming arrangements, etc. Return of vehicle and cancellation of deposit was handled efficiently. Overall despite the lack of communication, it was a pleasant experience, good vehicle, price competitive and we'd definitely recommend this company.

I use Express Rent-a-Car everytime I need to rent cars. They have the best luxury cars and people carriers. Ashi and Giorgina are simply the best. You must appreciate them, as you won't find people as nice and helpful as them in this business, trust me!! Recommend 100%.

I have been renting from here since before Covid and all I can say is they are the best at what they are doing. I keep coming back to rent here. Their cars are new and good quality and their price is the best. For a range of new cars for rent, I couldn’t find anywhere cheaper in central London with the same type of cars. Customers service is very good too, with friendly and knowledgeable staffs to help with my requests to adjust the passenger seats of Mercedes V-class after I was distracted by a brief training course of how to use the new model car in different modes by a staff so I failed to notice the luggage space is not enough. I phoned Ashi after I took the car for about an hour and he happily helped sorting this out for me when I drove back to get help. For renting, service counts too. I can rely on Ashi and the team and felt fully supported and yes next time I want to rent a car I will be back here! Thank you so much for your help and service.
