We have had the best customer service from Jon and highly recommend him to anyone who needs insurance. He takes his time to explain every step and he really does care about his customers unlike the big insurance companies who will have you call overseas to get help. If you are considering switching insurance please do it and ask for Jon!

I am a real person, not a bot. I have been super satisfied with my insurance agent, John. He goes out of his way to make sure I have the least expensive policy. One time I overlooked a payment, and he tracked me down to let me know that my policy was in danger. I am very happy I found this agent, and highly recommend him.

Jon was incredibly helpful. I had been struggling to get a decent rate on insurance after I had an incident on my driving record and Jon was the only one who got me good coverage at a reasonable rate. He was very communicative and waved some fees so that I could get covered asap. Thank you so much this review is way overdue I meant to post it months ago.
