Melissa and Z at the Denbigh Blvd location were welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They took time to answer questions, explain options, and made the experience feel comfortable rather than pressured. Their customer service stood out and made a stressful furniture search much easier. I also want to recognize E at the Hampton, VA location for being extremely kind, knowledgeable, and respectful during my visit earlier this week. E was attentive, professional, and willing to help me explore matching furniture options without making me feel rushed. These employees exemplified excellent customer service, professionalism, and patience, and they are the reason I would consider returning to Express Furniture.

Tabita got me in and out very quickly. I think I was there for less than 40 min with a four bedroom set very knowledgeable very friendly. I had delivery set for next day, but the Owner walked by randomly and asked me if I wanted same-day delivery and made it happen. It was just a very easy experience and customer Service was amazing !!!!

My husband, children and I will be moving into a new apartment in the coming week and need living room furniture as we got rid of what we had previously. We walked into Express Furniture (Denbigh Blvd) just to browse, but we ended up purchasing a double chaise sectional. They offer multiple financing/ways to pay. The sales associate (invoice says Iyad, but I forgot to ask him his name in store, so Im not positive that this is actually his name) was very up front with us in regards to what would be the smartest way to go about it financially. He was very open and wasn't pushy like a lot of sales people can be. He was very kind and patient as we spent a bit of time really looking everything over. I think we will definitely be back for future purchases!
