As a nurse of 35+years, I never worked in hospice or end-of-life care, and when my husband reached that stage, I quickly realized how much guidance and support our family needed. Experience, and especially Jen, provided steady reassurance, compassion, and invaluable knowledge during an incredibly difficult time. Jen helped guide us through what to expect, answered questions with patience and clarity, and supported thoughtful decision-making focused on comfort and dignity. Working together with our family and our hospice team, experience played an important role in making it possible for my husband to remain at home. He passed peacefully in our home, surrounded by family—an outcome that brought all of us a deep sense of peace. I am deeply grateful for the role experience by Jen played as part of that collaborative circle of care. A very bitter sweet experience.

We worked with Experience to help care for our mom, who had dementia, and we were very grateful for their support. They helped her stay in her home longer and maintain as much independence as possible, which meant a great deal to her. Although she eventually moved into a facility, that extra time at home was incredibly meaningful for our family. Experience was also a great support to us as her children, helping us navigate difficult decisions along the way. When we first contacted Qualicare to help take care of my father, who had recently been diagnosed with bone cancer, my hope was that his caregivers simply be reliable and respectful - that they show up on time, be professional, and treat my father with dignity. The caregivers at Qualicare absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff was unfailingly kind and attentive to my dad. As his symptoms worsened, he needed an increasing level of care. The staff rose to meet his changing needs and continually inspired confidence. The final week before my father passed was one of the most challenging periods of my life. The care and support that Qualicare provided was invaluable. I don't think I will ever be done thanking them.

I recently signed on with this company to provide home care for my dad who is 98 and in assisted living. I have been very pleased with everything so far. The caregivers have been excellent and appear to be carefully chosen by management based on the kind of qualities needed for this challenging work. They show up on time, do all of the tasks in his care plan, provide companionship and entertainment for him. Most importantly, I trust them. Management has been very responsive and easy to work with. They have a very professional attitude and comprehensive plan to ensure my dad gets the care that he needs. One last thing to mention: despite a couple of hiccups the first week, the team quickly addressed them. I did not have to chase them down or remind them. Once I brought it to their attention, they took care of it. That’s the sign of a great organization. In particular, Aspen has been an extra special caregiver. I utilized the services of Experience Professional Care Solutions for my father, who had terminal cancer. My father was a war veteran, and Heather from Experience was instrumental in working with the Veterans Administration to set up financial support. The Experience health team assisted my father in numerous ways in his apartment prior to and during hospice care. Communicating with Experience during my father's care was very straightforward, which was important since his health care needs changed over time. Qualicare is truly a full service care organization. The caregivers are friendly and encouraging, as well as knowledgeable and skilled. It is such a relief for me, the full-time companion, to be able to entrust my loved one's care to them. Ana has been particularly helpful to me, helping me to organize my home to make the caregivers' job easier and sharing tips for my own care of my dear husband.

I reached out to Experience in hopes they could advise me with resources for my dad that resides in another state. They were extremely helpful! I even received a text checking to see if I needed any assistance while I navigated through the information that was given to me. Even though I wasn't able to use their services, here locally, I felt they had a sincere interest in helping my family in such a difficult time!

I would recommend them to anyone who is need of care for the elderly people in our lives as they go through all the changes as they are aging and as their needs of care become more than most of us could do on our own! The Qualicare team was so helpful on short notice when we really needed it. They’re also helping with easing our transition into assisted living and are so caring and supportive. I only wish I had them earlier in our care program.
