I was extremely happy as a solo female traveller with the service provided by Sam who arranged my 2 trips to and from a nightime concert that I attended. The 2 drivers I had on the night arrived and were waiting ready for me ahead of the pick up time, were polite and friendly. Their luxury cars were immaculately clean and comfortable. I had no trouble finding the driver after the concert despite the crowds exiting the venue as my driver kept in communication with me by text and phone, so I easily found his car waiting close to the venue. This was the first time I have used this car service and I will definitely use it again in the future.

I've been using this Executive car service for my (growing) family for the past 3+ years and couldn't recommend more. Travelling long distances, safely with correctly fitted baby seats (3x in my case), while in a luxury setting. Sam & his professional team take all the stress out of our travel always on time, lots of communication and professional drivers. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. The attention to detail shown by Sam was nothing short of exemplary. We had a 6am pick up for travel to the airport and a midnight arrival on our return. Both perfect . Also (Hussan) thank you for our ride home after a 12 hour flight,you ended our holiday in fine style.

We were travelling from Sydney and needed a car at short notice to visit family in the outer Melbourne suburbs. I have used Executive Cars many times. Usually for airport transfer from Box Hill to Melbourne Airport to catch 7:00am flights to Bali. Booked our airport to hotel and return transfers online. Received an email confirmation within minutes, a text from our driver upon landing and were met by our driver at the baggage carousel who helped us with our bags. The car was comfortable and clean, our driver was friendly and professional. Received a text the day before our return transfer to advise the hotel pick up time.
