Our couch was badly stained from pets, a baby, and general wear and tear. We were about to discard our couch for good and get a new one until we called Lily and her team. I've been using exclusive cleaning for the last couple of years to clean the carpeted areas in my condo. They've been great each and every time and highly recommend them. Today the tech was Justin. He was very punctual, describe what needed to get done, and did a very detailed job to clean the living room, bedrooms, as well as couch and pillows. Exclusive Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our 10 year old beige sofa! It looks beautiful and had some tough stains given we have two young children. Her staff are very professional and thorough. I hired exclusive cleaning services to do upholstery cleaning on my large sectional, stair runners & large hallway runners. I couldn’t be happier with the services, the technician Gafor was extremely professional, clean & really took his time with every single piece of the couch and runners. The attention to detail is unmatched, the products are all super clean & we were able to walk on the runners and sit on the couch a couple hours later. The carpets are not left super wet like other companies. Thank you to the owner lily also, the scheduling process was so easy as I needed them on sort notice, she was able to get me in a couple days later. Amazing company! 5 stars!!
