Exclusive Chimney & Masonry

Our 230 year old farmhouse has 3 original chimneys. I needed a new chimney maintenance company. Exclusive cleaned my chimneys as had many others but they did much more and my home is way better for it. They were the first company in the 25 years we’ve lived here to go up on the roof and examine the chimneys above the roof line. As their many photos show the bricks were in very bad shape. The crowns were falling apart. The condition of these chimneys were not safe. They did extensive work including contracting a roofer to promptly repair the opening where they removed the one chimney which is no longer needed. Another chimney was demolished and replaced. The third was revitalized including pointing between the old bricks. Richie Vadney’s team was prompt polite and communicated well. They did a superb job promptly and within a reasonable budget. I applaud the way this company is organized. They have know how and the needed resources. Their explanations were clear and convincing.

Great experience! They squeezed me in quite fast, especially for the time of year (December) for a very thorough cleaning. Was satisfied with the quality of work and they even did an overall inspection for me as well. Highly recommend.

Nic and Wes were very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing our options for repairing or replacing our gas insert. They were very polite, and very careful in working around furniture, and they protected our hardwood floor with drop cloths. They scheduled an appointment to return to repair or replace the unit once we review quotes and model options. They were very helpful and accommodating, and willing to work with us to address the issue before Christmas. (December 1, 2025)

These guys did awesome work! Everyone that was involved from the quote to the work did amazing ! Customer service was amazing the whole way! Highly recommend them for any chimney work you have.

Initial call - parts were ordered and overnighted and I got an immediate response - Technician came out on a SUNDAY !!! Brandon was our Pellete stove tech and he was amazing!!!!! Came early - extremely professional but also personable…he replaced the parts (new auger and assembly) and went the extra mile to explain about our stove and maintenance. He was just awesome!! We will now be using Exclusive Chimney and Mason for all of our service and Pellete stove needs!!! A very warm Thank you !!!!!!!

Nick and his coworker did an excellent job at a chimney removal. It turned into quite a tough task and they were there most of the day. No complaining, super nice, made sure no damage to surrounding surfaces and they cleaned up nicely. Thank you!

First time using exclusive chimney and masonry i found them on Angie and I couldn't have been more happier with the service and professionalism they showed would recommend a million times over they gave me a time of between 9am and 11am on a Saturday and 845 they were at my door ready to start 50 stars if that was possible because 5 just isnt enough
