2018 Mercedes E220 Diagnostic Session & Ad-Blue Solution.
The customer contacted us after the vehicle had gone into limp mode due to a fault with the Adblue pump module. Mercedes have a 6 months wait for the parts needed then there's the cost....£1500 plus VAT!!!
Due to the vehicle also having a certain type of ECU fitted we were unable to programme the vehicle by the usual method of the OBD port.
We had to remove the ECU from the vehicle to complete the procedure on the bench.
The vehicle is now back on the road running better than it ever has with another very happy owner...🚗💨💨💨
