2017 Ford Transit FDRS Diagnostic Session & Ad-blue Solution.
They just keep on coming.....We got a call from a customer with Ad-blue issues with the non start countdown at zero. This means the vehicle will no longer start.
We had to use our genuine Ford FDRS online tool to reset the non start counter as non of our other diagnostic tool would reset it.
We quickly diagnosed the Ad-blue issue and dealt with it.
The vehicle is now back on the road running exactly as it should be with another very happy owner...🚗💨💨
