Another call from a non trade customer, vehicle with Ad-blue issues in countdown mode.
The vehicle was in count-down mode, this means it will count down the miles on the system until the vehicle reaches zero and the engine no will longer start.
We quickly diagnosed the issue restricting the Ad-blue system and dealt with it.
