2020 Nissan X-Trail Diagnostic Session & Ad-blue Rectification
They just keep on coming.....Another call from one of our regular motor trade customers, vehicle with Ad-blue issues in countdown mode.
The vehicle was in count-down mode, this means it will count down the miles on the system until the vehicle reaches zero and the engine no will longer start.
We quickly diagnosed that it was the Ad-blue dosing module causing the issue. In this case instead of communicating with the vehicle via the OBD (on board diagnostic) port we had to remove the ECU form the vehicle to perform the rectification.
The vehicle is now back on the road running exactly as it should be with another very happy owner...🚗💨💨
