2008 Hyundai Accent Ignition Barrel Failure.
We were contacted by one of our regular AA technicians who had been called to the vehicle.
Due to the owner not being able to turn the key in the ignition.
He passed out number on to the customer who booked us to go out to and repair the vehicle.
Due to the age of the vehicle we struggled to find a new ignition barrel other than from the dealer who wanted nearly £500 plus VAT!!!
We managed to source the parts… The vehicle is now back up and running with another very happy owner…🔑
