My experience with excel roofing company has been phenomenal. From the first steps with the office and estimation process. Emily add this experience so much smoother and helped choose a color that would perfectly match our home. Project manager Tim had everything lined up perfectly for us. The crews came out on time everyday and properly cleaned up our yard to ensure no debris were left behind. Erik at EXCELL ROOFING was great to work with regarding having my father in law’s house re-roofed in Raleigh. Courteous to my father in-law and he patiently explained all to him. The crews did a wonderful job, were courteous and did a tremendous clean up after the work. I have used EXCELL on my own home and will continue to recommend them!

Very professional service.I had storm damage that required a new roof.I spoke with manager and told him that I had the insurance claim in process and he had the best attitude and was more worried about getting my roof fixed instead of when i was going to pay him. They installed a new roof and I couldn’t tell they were here except for the awesome looking roof. I would recommend Excel Roofing anytime

They called to find out exactly what I wanted. They called back again to let me know what was going to be done. They sent me a price list estimate, which they didn't exceed.They were not only on time, but they were through in 6 hours! They were polite, and cleaned up around the house so I couldn't even tell that they'd been there if I hadn't already known! They called and texted me afterwards to make sure everything was alright. I'm very impressed.

Called and left a voicemail or message on a Wednesday, then Thursday and then Friday and no response. I guess this company doesn't think revenue is important? Its just a likely $10K roofing job I'm expressing interest in...no need to get back to me, I love jumping through hoops to give other people my money. Awesome guys, really awesome.

Requested a quote for 1/2 of a shingle ripped from roof due to wind. Most likely less than 1 hour to fix and 1 shingle to replace. Excel quoted $650. Maybe they can explain to me what value they are providing for such a small job at $650.. Doubt it..
