What a great experience it was working with Excalibur! First, my customer rep Jonathan, was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and diligent in providing a reasonable quote for our full home move. He was extremely responsive to my calls and messages. He provided the relevant details to make our move stress-free. On the day of the move, the 3 movers – Ulises, Douglas, and Efren were very professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and diligently to ensure all my items were handled properly. I would recommend Excalibur without hesitation!

DO NOT CHOOSE EXCALIBUR MOVERS. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE DAMAGED AND THEY WILL NOT CARE. These people are careless and will provide you a very negative experience. In the beginning of our process, they were very nice and considerate, but as soon as they got their deposit and took our stuff, they became the most careless, rude, and suspicious as ever. They constantly had absolutely no ETA, and no idea about where our items were. There were multiple attempts on our end to figure out a possible delivery date, and they kept telling us “I don’t know, sorry it’s a 3rd party handling ur items”. The experience got even worse during delivery, where SEVERAL of our items were severely damaged including two 300 dollar bookshelves and bed frames. Huge Pieces were chipped of our items and stuff were falling apart. When the movers came, they failed to reassemble two of our very heavy items including a dresser and bookshelf, and when we reached out after they left, the mover asked us to drive 30 miles, pick him up, bring him back to our house to reassemble, and then drop him off 30 miles away. There was no attempt to compensate us for the damage and the failure to properly do their job correctly. The worse part was them leaving over 50 lbs of THEIR OWN trash and materials in our garage for us to take care of. They also failed to unwrap so many items. This was a terrible experience and i do not reccomend excalibur to anyone. go somewhere else unless you want all your stuff damaged and no attempt for compensation.

This company was referred to me from someone that happened to use them. Alex & Beck were my movers & they were both great! They showed up on time. They both had great communication & super helpful! They were able to get large pieces into my condo without any damage! I’m glad I went with this company. Best money spent!

Jacinto, Angel, and Ricardo were so amazing! These guys were quick and clearly knew what they were doing. I'm so thankful to them for making my move stress free. They took really good care of my belongings.

They made the move seamless, asked questions when they weren’t sure about specific belongings, and made sure to properly care for our belongings.
