I just had the pleasure of meeting Gina, and I can’t recommend her enough. She was kind and professional when caring for my cat, Merlin. He's was so calm in fact he wouldn't stop purring! Gina's approach made a real difference, and it was such a relief to have this level of care brought directly to our home. Thank you! Hellen x

Gina was so helpful when I couldn't get a home visit from our usual vet. Our lovely cat Smudge was on his way out and she was gentle, kind and reassuring throughout. Highly recommend.

Gina arrived within an hour of me phoning on a Friday morning, before 9am. My beautiful Bonnie's hips had completely given way and she screamed when I moved her. Thanks to Gina she had a very peaceful passing, her head cradled in my hands where she loved being. While it was a sad time for me, Gina's ambience was calming, thoughtful and respectful - I could not have asked for a better end for my girl. Thank you ❤️

Gina was with us within 20 minutes, great service couldn’t ask for anything better, would highly recommend to anybody, so loving with the animals and informative of the issues we were potentially facing. We called Gina last Saturday morning as we knew our beloved 18 year old cat, Cleo, had come to the end of her life. It was a heartbreaking decision but we knew we had no choice. Gina came out to us within an hour, and was so gentle and compassionate with both Cleo and us. She made sure her last few minutes were spent in my arms, and although it broke our hearts 💕, it was good that we were able to say our final goodbyes in the comfort + privacy of our own home. We wanted individual cremation for Cleo, which was arranged by Gina, and she was returned to us in a lovely pink scatter tube that we had chosen, with a lovely teddy candle, which was a really nice touch. We had ordered our own vessel for Cleo's ashes, so we transferred her into that + she is now back home where she belongs. We cannot praise Gina enough for her empathy and compassion at this dreadful time. Neither of us could face taking Cleo to be put to sleep at our vets, and we definitely made the right decision, as the procedure was very gentle and we were able to cuddle Cleo for as long as we wanted. Thank you again Gina, you are an amazing person x

Gina came to give our new, very young and very nervy kittens their first examination, first jab and microchips. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and was able to give them their jabs in a way that made it the least stressful experience for the cats. We had a lot of questions as new pet owners and she put our minds at rest.

So I had to make the dreaded decision that many pet owners have to make if they are lucky enough to have their companion reach an elderly age. For me it was my dog and Gina made our journey together to the end peaceful. From our initial contact ( I read many positive reviews) Gina proved to be professional and attentive but above all else she understood my personal needs and was very comforting and supporting throughout. We have a highly reactive dog that we are unable to take to a vet. Gina came and examined him and made friends with him immediately. By the time she left, she was able to administer ear drops without his muzzle. I highly recommend her. She even returned with additional meds the same day. Her prices are good too, as she is only slightly more expensive than a traditional vet, but is worth every penny.

Gina arrived quickly after phoning her on a Sunday afternoon as my pretty boy Bailey was in pain as he had liver cancer and thanks to Gina he was able to have a peaceful passing with the care, kindness, gentleness and dignity he deserved whilst I was able to hold him even though it was heartbreaking 💔🥲. I can not thank Gina enough for all her understanding and kindness I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. I would recommend Gina in a heartbeat thank you again ❤️

Gina saved our day - when we needed help for our poorly cat out of hours to support with her disease Gina met us with humanity, compassion and professionalism. We are so thankful for her support and if we were closer to Evesham for sure we would use her as our go-to vet for all our babies. To be able to have a stress free environment - amazing!
