Worst lighting & electrical company that I saw In my life time. We bought more than 90 T5 bulbs from them. Within 6 months the power was lost and within 1 year half of the bulbs not working. After so many calls to the office and distributor took the bulbs and after 3 weeks return them without changing the circuit. So again it went upset within 1 months. After we called them they are telling we won’t change the bulb but we repaired it. We spoke to them as much we can but they didn’t reply and after some day no answer.

Worst customer experience I have had with any company in Sri Lanka. The staff is very UNPROFESSIONAL and hasn’t been trained for any customer related job. First off I have been lied to countless times by the staff. And disappointing to say it’s by the management. I have been dealing with an individual called Randika. Who claims to be the manager at this specific evergreen outlet. He cares very little about the customer and more about making a dirty sale. The items I have paid 10 days shipping for arrived 30 days later. I did not receive the slightest apology. Randika’s reply is that it’s “normal” for shipping to get delayed. That it happens. Which is unacceptable. I do understand that shipping gets delayed, but a small apology could go a long way. Second of all, the goods I received even 30 days later were damaged and broken and had to be returned. Still, the only apology I received was from the delivery man. Thank you delivery man for having basic human etiquettes. Information I received from the management was that it’s normal for goods to get damaged on the way here. Which is understandable, but I choose to go through a reputed company and trust in you so I don’t have to face such inconvenience. But I do understand that such instances can happen. I am only disappointed that even after such event, I receive no apology. Only more and more excuses. Thirdly, the goods I received, I was asked to pick up at their location. When I arrived there, the boxes were open with all my things around. And when I asked the security for a tape to put the items in the box and secure to take home, he reduced and said that they have no tape and that it’s not his job. I cut my hand while trying to transport the goods home. This was heartbreaking to me as I didn’t expect such disappointment services from a reputed company like Evergreen. My sincere request to the higher management to educate and train your employees on customer service. 🙏🏻 Please train them on 1.apologizing to a a customer when an inconvenience has taken place from the company side. 2. Not to lie about shipping time and dates. Instead let the customer know how much of a delay we might expect. 3. Be punctual. If you promise a customer that you will call them or give them an information, please execute that on time. If not, let the customer know that you need more time. (Countless times I have been told that I will get a call by (this) time and (that) time and no one calls. When I call the company, my call gets disconnected. For a whole week they have been delayed my shipment saying tomorrow tomorrow. Foe a whole WEEK! That is very unprofessional. I expect this kind of service from a government facility. Not a reputed private company like evergreen. Please take these in to account and train your staff. For your business relies on customer experience. If you’d like to revive returning customers, Please take these points in to consideration. Thank you.
