Lucas worked super hard and flexed to work around the schedule that kept changing due to delays in other work going on in the house. He was prompt, polite and professional. He responded to questions about products knowledgeably. Despite encountering some difficulties with my floors, his work turned out very well, erasing the marks 6 people and a dog left over 25 years, and matched the boards that were not refinished to blend nicely. Lucas refinished the entire first floor of my 950 square foot bungalow over the course of 4 days. The job involved finishing newly installed flooring integrated with the original 1950's hardwood. Lucas was great in communicating options and presenting ideas around furniture movement, finish choices, and baseboard removal. He always took the time to explain the process and provide choices as they evolved. His pricing was competitive and his equipment is state of the art, producing minimal dust. The water based finishes he used had no discernable fumes. The result looks amazing and I would highly recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for a great, reliable, refinishing company.

They offered valuable insights regarding floor stains and finishes and were able to help determine the right style for my home. Honestly, their work is beautiful and I am so glad they were able to restore my maple hardwood to a dark stain without being orange. I strongly recommend them.
