Evergreen Campus Rentals

I recently spoke with Jessica over the phone while interested about an apartment and I just wanted to say how friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful she was. Even though I ended up having to move last minute and couldn’t move forward with the process, my interaction with her really stood out to me. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. It was a brief conversation, but she truly made my day. Thank you, Jessica!

Jerry and Zachariah are the best employees by a mile. He has replaced our air filters for two years in a row now and because of him the air we breathe is comparable to a bouquet of fresh flowers or perhaps a salty ocean breeze. Thanks Jerry and Zach!

Our maintenance guy Jerry is absolutely great! He has helped do basic maintenance tasks in our apartment many times. He is super kind and diligent to fix our apartments needs! Thank you Jerry!

Our leasing agent Jessica was the best today! She was so so helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions. She also went above and beyond when it came to helping students like me find a place to live!

We rented from Evergreen while my son was at Purdue. They are by far the worst organization I have dealt with for rentals. They have zero empathy and compassion. Their properties are over priced and poorly maintained. Do not rent from these people unless it is the only available option. They even tried to charge us after the lease was completed.

Our tour guide, Jessica Love, was great :) she showed us around the whole building, and answered all of our questions. Thanks for a great visit!

Jerry is awesome he is always helpful and explains everything he’s going, what the problem is, how it can be maintained in the future, etc…. He also said hello to our toilet seat named Roland and that should be deserving of 20 stars. Update 2025!! Still 5 stars for the maintenance crew, especially Jerry and Zach!! They’re super helpful, good to talk to, and always make sure they’re thorough and get the job done! The most recent time they’ve helped, they’ve braved the mass amounts of yellowjackets that chose to live outside our balcony and we appreciate their dedication and hard work to making everything run smoothly!

I went on an apartment tour with a friend of mine to explore our options with Evergreen, and our tour conductor Jessica Love was so informative and helpful with our decision process! I would recommend Jessica to anyone wanting to work with Evergreen!

The entire maintenance team at Evergreen has made our first few weeks living here so great! Jerry has been so kind, helpful, efficient, and communicative and we are so grateful for all of his help!
