Payments: A deposit may be required before work begins, with final payment due upon completion. Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Discounts: A 10% discount is available for NHS staff, teachers, and OAPs. Proof of eligibility is required to claim this discount.
