Events By Design, Event Rentals of Oregon

We recently hosted my niece’s wedding in our backyard. (Our 1/2 acre borders the national forest.) Julie and team turned a nice setting into a fairytale experience. The tent, lights, dinner tables and arbors exceeded my niece’s expectations. Wonderful people/company to do business with. (My pictures don’t come close to conveying the beautiful setting.)

Events by design provided all of the infrastructure for our farm wedding. Julie helped us figure out everything we needed for a successful country wedding and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend her company for any event you are hosting.

The owner Julie and her team were very nice to work with, and everything we rented for the wedding looked great. Prior to the event they scheduled a meeting time to layout the venue which was very helpful. The chairs and canopies for our wedding arrived on time and were set-up the way we had requested. One suggestion is to have a point person for Events by Design to work with directly on setup and breakdown who is not in the wedding party nor a 3rd party contractor. We highly recommend working with Julie and her team, her employee Ben was very responsive and even helped to correct issues created by our caterer. Thank you so much Events by Design!

Events By Design does a great job! She sets up our annual city employee holiday dinner and Julie remembers those small details that are often forgotten by me until the last minute. I can totally trust her to know how we would like them done if I am not there to make the decision or selection. They always come through for us and the venue is beautiful and comfortable for guests.

EBD took care of all of the event rentals for my recent wedding. Julie was great to communicate with by phone or email, setup and breakdown were prompt and the service was fantastic and the bar, chairs and dance floor we rented were all beautiful. Events by Design helped me create the wedding of my dreams within budget. I was nervous when planning my wedding, I had a picture of it in my mind but didn't know how to articulate it. Julie and Tom were awesome at figuring out what I was trying to say. They made my wedding perfect with their decorations and help with suggestions on what products would tie the event together! To say the Events by Design team was outstanding doesn't seem enough. They made what was going to be a large wedding and helped us covid downsize it to fit our backyard and the 50 people we were allowed to invite! Tents, tables, linens, tableware, and the decorations were beautiful. They set up the dance floor and we were surrounded by beautiful lightning and magical draping as we danced our first dance together! The flowered arch where we said our vows, could not have been more beautiful. And they set up the covid friendly bar too! Tom and Julie listened to our dreams and missing no detail, worked with us to make them all come true. Professional, hard working and understanding the challenges a bride and groom who want the perfect day, their tact, and diplomacy made it exactly that, the perfect day! If you want a beautiful event of any kind, Events by Design will do what it takes.

Rented 10 tables and 60 chairs for my wedding and had a great experience! It was affordable and easy to do business with. Clean and great shape products to rent! I would recommend renting from Julie for your party and event needs.
