My washer broke so I needed someone to fix it. Eve’s services LG appliances (not sure if exclusively or if they work on other brands, as well) so they were who I contacted to take care of my washer. At first, a different guy came to take a look but it was his final week with the company so I didn’t see him after that. He was very nice and professional though, quite knowledgeable. He determined what part I needed and left to order it. Once that part came in, Eve’s texted me to contact them for an appointment. David was the second guy who came to help. I really liked him a lot, he’s very cool, professional, and definitely knowledgeable. He had to come multiple times because the first part that was broken wasn’t the biggest problem. Once he realized what the main issue was, he told me to text him directly when the part came in so that he could get me in faster than if I called the main number. He said it’s a quick fix once the part comes in. And he was right! It took him roughly 10 minutes to finish it up. I’m very grateful that he suggested I text him so he can get it done quicker because I had already been without a washer for a couple of months. I think that’s wonderful customer service. Very happy with David and I hope he’s the guy who comes to save the day if I ever have an issue with any of my LG appliances!
