I've been trusting Chelsea with my hair since 2007, and she has never let me down! Chelsea always listens carefully to what I want, whether it's a new color, a fresh style, or just maintaining my look. Her passion for her work shines through, and I love that she stays up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends. The salon team, including Tia and Lydia, are equally amazing. They bring a high level of expertise and creativity to every appointment, making it clear that Chelsea has built a team of truly talented stylists. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and welcoming, even when the team is busy—they somehow manage to make it feel relaxed and enjoyable every time. I can't recommend this salon highly enough. If you're looking for a skilled, passionate, and friendly team to take care of your hair, this is the place to go!

The owner called the police to have me removed when I went in to complain about the shoddy workmanship of how my hair extensions were put in. I asked them to fix my hair and was treated like I was neurotic for complaining. There is no working phone for this business so I had to drive 40km to go there only to be removed by police when I refused to leave until my $1800 hair extensions were put in properly. The owner will not have the need to take out a restraining order and I am not a liar as she seems to tell all her customers with any issues. I will not be back. This place is dirty and they rush to get as many people through the door as possible. And when the police are called on a customer for complaining about a service rather than fixing the issue I wonder how this salon is still in business. Carla Lawson, stands by her hair, it is beautiful and exactly as promoted it’s such a pity the only place in Ballarat that provides this hair are completely unprofessional and unreasonable. Carla Lawson will be fixing my hair but I will now have to drive over 200klm to have them lifted. I highly recommend Carla Lawson hair however I do not recommend Eve Salon at all. Terrible customer service.

Love my extensions I’m over 65 and have a thyroid condition that gives me extremely fine hair … these extensions haven’t damaged what I have and give me long lovely hair The service is great and I’d say to you if you are debating about having extensions…. Give it a go !!!

I had an Agi One treatment done last Friday by the gorgeous Beth. The process was relaxing, no chemicals and a quick process, it smells so nice too. My hair was naturally strong, thick and so unruly, washing and styling my hair straight at home would be an hour and a half process, minimum, not anymore. My hair is smooth, sleek and so soft, no more bed head. AMAZING! Do yourself and your hair a favour, and definitely have this treatment. Thank you Beth and the Eve Salon Team ❤️
